About Paul

Representation I take pride in offering high-caliber full-service residential real estate expertise. My clients are my top priority, and I focus on delivering the best possible results for them. Expertise The real estate market is hyperlocal, seasonal and temperamental—in other words, it can change on a dime. Technology has made information more accessible to everyone, but it can be difficult to keep up with recent events that affect home values. The benefits of working with a licensed real estate professional go far beyond what a mobile app, online video, or website can do. I provide my clients with information on market seasonality and information relevant to what is happening in their specific neighborhood. This customized analysis includes recent comparable sales that factor into an offer and acceptance strategy. Negotiations Successful negotiations help move a conversation forward and transform the process into an agreement that’s a win for all parties. Negotiation is not only a skill but a mindset. I keep my clients’ best interests top of mind as I negotiate on their behalf. Transactional Excellence I am dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. What this means for you is that I oversee every detail of the real estate transaction. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensure a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.

About Kim

Kim is passionate about her community, her clients and real estate. She has twenty plus years of experience in working through the nuances and details of a real estate transaction which shows in her ability to strongly advocate for her clients in any and all situations. Kim is highly respected in the industry and amongst her peers but if need be she will cut a bitch. When push comes to shove, Kim is a fierce negotiator and will always put her clients’ needs first and foremost. Kim has a deep love of the arts and design, which means when you hire her to list your home - it will always be the belle of the block or the MLS. No Dwelling listing by this Diva will ever hit the market without putting it’s best facade forward. This is referred to by other agents as a “Diva tax.” Other top agents know that their clients will be paying more when they purchase a home listing by Kim and Team Diva, than by other agents. And it works, since year after year, homes listed by Kim sell for a higher percentage of list price, than the Seattle average. From the first intake to the closing table and beyond, Kim is there for you: Fiercely advocating for you, Marketing your home above and beyond and ready to enjoy and great bottle of wine and a fabulous meal with you once your deal is done.

About Alex

As your real estate consultant and partner, I constantly strive for the highest level of advocacy, transparency and service. I have over 15 years of experience as a real estate broker, working in the greater Seattle area. Over the years, I have worked with numerous buyers and sellers on a wide variety of properties: – Primary Residences (single-family homes, townhomes, condos, co-ops, etc.) – Second homes / vacation homes – Investment properties (rental homes, vacation rentals, multi-family homes) – Commercial leases & purchases – 1031 tax exchanges But there is more to real estate than just properties and numbers. Where we live is part of who we are. Our homes and communities shape us and give us strength and support. For those reasons, finding a new home or parting with a home can be a very personal and sometimes emotional process that needs to be honored and respected. I value excellence, and I am committed to raising the bar, in every aspect of this work. This underlying commitment consistently makes a difference in my clients’ experience and outcomes. I will help you navigate our changing market and empower you to make informed decisions. It’s a fast market and I use technology, market-forward tools and strong analytics to their fullest extent, so my clients can stay informed, and ahead of the curve. This can make a real-time difference, especially for busy professionals buying/selling in a landscape where transactions are increasingly complex and competitive. My family and I actively contribute to building community. We firmly believe that people are strengthened by their connection to community, and likewise, communities thrive when we are engaged with them. Community matters. I feel fortunate to be part of a great one and would be honored to help connect you with yours.

About Rebecca

When I left Olympia to attend the University of Washington, I didn't expect to fall in love with Seattle. But that's exactly what happened. Over the last two decades, I have happily put down roots in the city, whose nooks and crannies I never tire of exploring. When I’m not talking about real estate, I love spending time with my family and our dog, Dakota. And our home is a testament to my other passion -- interior design. Need an assist color consultation, remodeling ideas or organization? I'm just an email or phone call away.

Matt Miner
Coldwell Banker Bain
About Matt

Getting Happy At Home (& Loving It!) In everything that I do as your REALTOR, I have one guiding principle in mind: To make certain that your home-buying experience is a happy, successful, wonderful life experience! Finding and buying a home is a huge life event; to me, it's similar to graduating from college, getting married, or expecting your first baby. Buying a home is the start of a new chapter, and it deserves a great deal of care and attention to make sure your experience is nothing short of amazing! I'm lucky that I'm in a profession where I get to help people with an important, momentous chapter in their lives. Officially becoming a REALTOR in 2006 was the best decision I ever made! But before that, in 2005, is when my real estate journey began. When I first set out in search of my first home, I had grand visions of how wonderful and exciting it was going to be to become a homeowner. Unfortunately, my real estate agent wasn't so great. My agent was there in the beginning of the home search process, but he soon became less and less available to guide me through the tricky homebuying process. It became clear that he just wanted a check, and in turn, I had a less-than-stellar experience. It's too bad, because buying (or selling!) a home is a BIG deal—it's a huge moment in your life! And, like most of those significant events in life—whether you're expecting a baby or getting married—you want it to be amazing. I remember wrapping up the purchase thinking that I could do a much better job. At the time, I was working for a large company doing B2B sales, and it started to turn into a negative situation: The company was giving me things to do that I knew were not in the best interest of the client, and I just wasn't comfortable working there anymore. I had some money saved, so I quit my old job, and in 2006 I officially became a REALTOR!
